Services
We fit them, and we look after them
Two services, run by the same people out of the same shop in Carol Stream. One puts new Hunter Douglas and Alta blinds, shades and shutters in your home. The other keeps every window covering you own — ours or anyone else’s — working and clean.
Service one
Sales & Installation
Cellular and sheer shades, Roman shades, woven woods, shutters, wood and faux wood blinds, roller, screen and banded shades, verticals, panel tracks and PowerView® motorization — designed in your home, measured by us, installed by us.
Sales & installation
Service two
Cleaning & Repair
Ultrasonic cleaning for mini blinds, wood and vertical blinds, pleated and honeycomb shades, Vignettes, Silhouettes, woven woods and venetians — plus repairs to cords, headrails and mechanisms.

The full list
Six services, all run out of the same shop in Carol Stream by the same people.
Design
In-Home Consultations
We bring the full Hunter Douglas and Alta sample range to your room and hold it against your own glass, in your own light. Free, with no obligation and no trip charge anywhere in our service area.
Install
Window Covering Measuring & Installations
Every opening measured individually by hand, then installed by our own team — never a subcontracted crew. We demonstrate the operation before we leave and take the packaging with us.
Service
Window Covering Cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaning for blinds, shades, shutters, verticals and woven woods — any brand, not just Hunter Douglas. On-site service available for offices and larger properties.
Service
Blind and Shade Repairs
Cords and cord locks, tilt mechanisms, headrails, brackets, broken slats and vanes, restringing. Very often a fraction of the cost of replacing a custom-built shade.
Payment
Consumer Financing by Wells Fargo
Financing is available through Wells Fargo on qualifying purchases, so a whole-house project does not have to land in one payment. Ask us for current terms during your consultation.
Both services
Residential and commercial
Roughly half our work is in homes and half is in offices, medical suites, schools, places of worship and retail. The approach is the same; the catalog is different.
